  • All members are vetted professionals with proven experience supporting e-commerce brands. Out of more than 15,000 applicants, only the top 3% of developers, designers, marketers, and e-commerce specialists are accepted.


What are best practices for communication?

  • Set expectations early: decide how you prefer to communicate (e.g., email, dashboard messages, Zoom calls).

  • Don’t hesitate to schedule a quick call to align on scope, feedback, or next steps.


Can I continue working with the same member after one project?

  • Yes. Many clients continue hiring the same member for additional projects or long-term work.

  • If your roadmap includes ongoing needs, consider discussing a retainer agreement with your member to secure their availability.


What should I do if my project gets off track?

  • First, contact your member directly. A quick call or direct feedback usually resolves issues quickly.

  • If you need to end the engagement before completion, discuss terms directly with your member. For example, you may agree to partial payment for work already delivered.
