How do I accept a quote?

Once you and your member have landed the plane on the scope of your project, your member will send you over a “Quote” to accept.

You’ll receive an email or a text with a link to review the quote. When you follow that link, you’ll be able to review the quote in full. If you have any questions about the scope, your member will be happy to answer them and adjust the quote as needed. Once you are happy, hit “Accept Quote.”

There are three types of quote an expert can send you: a project, a bill or a retainer.

• Project – We’ll hold your payment in escrow when you accept the quote. Your expert only gets paid after you review & approve their work.

• Bill – You'll be charged at the time you accept the quote to cover the cost of the project bill.

• Retainer – You'll be charged on a monthly basis until the subscription is canceled.
