Help CenterYou can review the full message history with your expert from your dashboard. Head over to “Experts” in your dashboard and select the expert whose comms you’d like to see. Select “view chat history” at the top right (on mobile, you can access this option from the menu at the top right)
As well as being able to see all your communications, here you can also access any files shared between you and your expert.
