What is the difference between a Standard account and a Pro account?

  • Standard Account (Free):

    • Submit one brief at a time to the talent network.

    • Get introduced to one expert at a time, based on an algorithm that considers skills, experience, and availability.

    • If the first expert is not a fit, Storetasker will introduce you to another expert sequentially (one after another).

  • Pro Account ($99/month):

    • Submit a brief and receive multiple expert introductions upfront (up to 3 experts at once).

    • Includes additional perks:

      1. No 3.5% project fee

      2. Ability to filter experts by location and experience

      3. Access to a private VIP talent newsletter


How many briefs can I submit with each account type?

  • Standard (Free): One active search at a time. Once you receive an introduction or close a search, you can submit another.

  • Pro: Multiple active briefs are supported.


How do introductions work in each account type?

  • Standard: You are introduced to one expert. If it’s not a match, another introduction can be made sequentially.

  • Pro: You can receive up to 3 introductions immediately, giving you more choice upfront.


Are there fees with a Standard account?

Yes. Standard accounts include a 3.5% fee on projects.
